		<description>The &lt;cite&gt;Times&lt;/cite&gt; is very late to the whole hyperlinks-in-articles concept which Web users have taken for granted for the last 15 years. They&#039;ve only just begun to do it in a noticeable way with some of their news stories in the last few &lt;em&gt;weeks&lt;/em&gt;. I&#039;m not surprised, given how recently the Times has started linking out to other sites in a major way, that it isn&#039;t yet common across all sections.</description>
