		<description>I was even wondering about this thing but from a different angle. I have seen people uploaded movies with Part sequences. Even at time the pirated copies. Though you tube had a check but still I think, if there can be a separate methods like instead of breaking it up in parts and clustering the community you could upload at some stratified place.</description>
