		<description>I interpreted the post a slightly different way.  Masses of meaningless content goes viral, because that is the essence of clever promotion.  And most things which go viral are meaingless or stupid.  &lt;br&gt;But what the internet does is provide a means by which more significant or deeper content can surface &amp; reach a mass market, which would have been impossible otherwise.  This is one example of the under estimation of the uses of web technology.</description>
