		<description>At a former employer, a friend didn&#039;t notice that the spellchecker had done a global replace on &quot;engr&quot; (an abbreviation of &quot;engineer&quot;) with the word &quot;negro&quot; before he sent it to a very wide distribution list.  Hilarious result in many of the replacements, as you can imagine....</description>
