		<description>Thx cvg -  didn&#39;t know about the SMS cash aspect.  However the capital they have access to is still subject to what I&#39;m talking about - ie they are well-advised to scale expenses to be somewhat in line with cash flow, which I&#39;m still confident is minimal at Twitter, not to mention Facebook and other social enterprises.</description>
