		<description>It is getting tougher and tougher for companies to protect their image online. I would think that any domain name with "craigslist" in it would be a violation of their trade mark. But, if craigslist does not have their name trademarked then they will have an up hill battle. you would think that they would have trademarked their name but from looking at their site they have not.</description>
