		<description>Why &lt;em&gt;wouldn&#039;t&lt;/em&gt; Google be interested in bidding on the Canadian spectrum? Of course it&#039;s a smaller market, but I thought Google wanted to make the whole world better/profitable. And especially since Canada is cutting the incumbents out of the new spectrum auction, it seems like a nice proposition for Google (or any other newcomer).</description>
