It's the Russian's HAARP (Death Ray) machine, the americans have 2 of these sites in alaska and one in Puerto Rico. The European Union has 1 in northern Norway. These machine is capable of creating high frequencies capable of frying down a man, controlling weather and create hurricanes, tsunamis and earthquakes. All this has been proven even tho it's kept secret by the Military.
Research HAARP and you'll find exactly what I mean.

indeed, great find, it`s a pitty to see the name of this genius being associated to the serbian, croatian and to the peoples in that area, more over his being of histro-romanian descent, which actually makes him romanian. tesla, like many romanian savants has underrun high efforts of such dissimilation of true nationality/provenience. it sickens me to not see my kind in the top, and the name of my only country among those winners.but it seems that is the way things work today, for a reason or another things are being hidden fortelling a great yet again hidden plan…hopefully this secrecy shall not be in vain.
