		<description>Based on the practical experience of my son&#039;s several years at Stanford, it is the student himself/herself who will be continuously watching the &quot;home&quot; TV stations videos. Often my son would tell me local news that I had not previously heard about. (And, you will be glad to know, usually it was because he had been reading the Globe and Mail site.)</description>
