		<description>You&#039;re right to highlight the journalist/non-journalist issue, and Josh&#039;s example of the pamhleteers is an important one.  By looking at the values that need protecting, rather than argiung over official definitions of &#039;journalist&#039;, we can update our civic &amp; legal system to the internet age.
