		<description>Sadly, I&#039;ve never seen that it matters. You&#039;re confusing an extensively funded right-wing smear-campaign against media in general, with issues of trust. Slashdot was &lt;a href=&quot;http://sethf.com/freespeech/censorware/project/bennett.php&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;*infamous*&lt;/a&gt; for having someone who was abusive and used his position there for his politics and for personal vendettas. Realistically, the mass audience didn&#039;t give a damn.</description>
