I'm not sure i get your point, though. I got an invite to try out edgeio because registered on the site to do so last November. I live in Cork, Ireland, not Silicon Valley and i have a blog read by my mother, her cat and um well by my mother and her cat!

What I am saying is I am not one of the 'in' crowd, I didn't get an invite to the party (nor did I expect one), I got a look at edgeio 'cos I signed up for it months ago - I'm not sure what lines are blurred there.
